"Oh my gosh! I LOVE my table. It’s a solid wood, I have a grey ash, top with a black spider leg solid frame. The only assembly needed was fixing the top to the frame and the two chaps who delivered it did that. Yes I paid a little more for this table however it is so worth it not a single piece of veneer in sight or a base the needed bolting together. I’m so impressed with Crafty Creations their service is as amazing as their products if you’re looking for a fantastic table look no further. I highly recommend getting your new table from Ben and Jane! Thank you so much. It was the finishing touch I needed for my new home."

The lady and gentleman who delivered it had had a hand in making it and they took the time to explain to me exactly how to fix the top onto the base, which turned out to be very straightforward. They were obviously proud of the table and told me it had had 3 coats of laquer. They also gave advice about after-care. "You go to a small, local business for the personal touches and to support the local economy. But the way Jane and Ben run their business, the amount of care and attention they give to you and the effort they put in to fill in your order, its just incredible. I have ordered a gift for my sister for her new home and gave a custom order to my sisters liking. Ben was extremely helpful and did everything I've asked him to do. Jane was extremely patient and really on top with communication (even while they were on holiday!), I am so pleased to have found them and genuinely cannot ask for a better furniture maker to work with.
The item is made to a brilliant standard, the dining table is quite thick, and its unique wooden textured is a huge part of its charm and beauty. The bench is a great size (we ordered a large) and is comfortable to sit on. I feel like we are quite spoiled by Crafty Creations MCR because I genuinely cannot fault anything with the table, the bench and the custimisations we asked for. They're absolutely beautiful.
From the moment Ive put in my order to the delivery it took exactly a month. At a time when you cannot even shop for furniture as all large companies are out of stock, this was a blessing. The delivery was made by a driver called Rob and he even put the furniture together right there and then.
Hopefully one day I'll have my own home and I'll come back to Crafty Creations MCR for more!

"Ben has been great throughout: v. quick responses, reasonable lead time, even delivered in person first thing in the morning despite travelling from 100+ miles away.
I originally purchased a different dining set online from Oak Furniture Superstore, which was an utter disaster (avoid at all costs) but was actually a blessing in disguise as it meant I ended up discovering Ben's Etsy page.
As my space is quite limited, Ben was willing to adjust the scale of his design to build me what turned out to be a cute miniature version of the set. It adds character to my home and fits perfectly in my dining area. The finish on the wood is slightly rough but I don't love it any less as it was a good price, especially as it was bespoke. All in all, really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend him to you- Thank you, Ben! :)"
